These terms govern your use of the Coinvertor mobile app (iOS and Android), the Coinvertor Chrome extension, and the coinvertor.co website, operated by Black Box Code LLC ("we", "us"). By using Coinvertor you agree to these terms.

What Coinvertor is (and is not)

Coinvertor is a currency conversion tool. It displays exchange rates for cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and precious metals, sourced from third-party market data feeds. Coinvertor is not a financial adviser, broker, or exchange. Prices shown are for information only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be your sole basis for trading, investment, or other financial decisions. Always verify rates with your exchange or financial institution before acting on them.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Coinvertor apps for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps or systematically scrape data from our services.

Premium subscription

• Coinvertor Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (currently $14.99 per year) that removes ads and unlocks premium features.
• Billing is handled by the store you purchased through (Apple App Store or Google Play). Prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled under the store's refund policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Coinvertor to break the law, disrupt our services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data feeds.

Intellectual property

The Coinvertor name, logo, apps, and website content are the property of Black Box Code LLC. Third-party names mentioned on this site (such as other apps we compare against) belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

Coinvertor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Box Code LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial losses resulting from reliance on rates displayed in Coinvertor. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Black Box Code LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
